Benefits to being a Registered Student Organization:
The Student Budget Allocation Committee (SBAC) is a sub-committee of the Student Government Association which provides funding to assist RSOs to host programs on campus. SBAC also provides financial supports to assist members of RSOs in their efforts to attend conferences.
Programs designed with RSO's in mind:
RSO Spotlight is a Spring RSO fair designed to help get students connected with existing student organizations and Student Organizations connected to the Office of Student Life. Student Organizations will learn about the resources available to them.
9 Weeks of OrgSync is a series of OrgSync mini-sessions designed to help Student Organizations better utilize OrgSync for their organizations. These sessions last no more than 30 minutes and will run multiple times during the week! Look for more information on the Spring 2013 9 Weeks of OrgSync!
STARS is the annual student leadership recognition event. Students are awarded for their individual leadership skills as well as for the efforts of their student organizations, advisors, and programs. For information on the program, visit the link at left. Nominations open in late February!
