Business and Community Partner MainStage Registration Information

  • The Business fee for MainStage 2018 is listed below.  You will also be required to to make a prize donation valued at a minimum of $25 for each business or community group wishing to participate in MAINstage. Donations will be put in a prize drawing for students which will help promote your business. 
    • Gold Registration: $300
      • Includes 2 tables and two chairs and the ability to provide your own tent (no bigger than 10 by 10) or vehicle that would not otherwise fit under the large business tents
      • You must have a way of securing any pop up tents/awnings your business utilizes
      • We are not able to provide a power source to your space
      • There will be a limited number of Gold Registrations available
      • Must also provide a raffle prize valued at a minimum value of $25
    • Maroon Registration: $150
      • One (1) eight foot table and One (1) folding chair under the MAINstage Business Tent
      • All promotional materials/items must fit in the space including your table (no additional vehicles/tents)
      • We are not able to provide a power source to your space
      • Must also provide a raffle prize valued at a minimum value of $25
    •  Non-Profit Registration: $35
      • One (1) eight foot table and One (1) folding chair under the MAINstage Business Tent
      • All promotional materials/items must fit in the space including your table (no additional vehicles/tents)
      • We are not able to provide a power source to your space
      • Must are NOT required provide a raffle prize 
  • You may promote your business with fliers, sign ups, or demonstrations, but may not sell any type of services or products at Mainstage or take orders.
     
  • We ask that you not promote any alcohol or tobacco products or events including drink specials, happy hour, or other related promotions. This event is open to all students but is primarily directed at first year students. If we have any concerns in this area, we reserve the right to address them.
     
  • Mainstage 2018 will take place in parking lot 62 East, which is located between Rose ponds and Kelly/Shorts Football Stadium.
     
  • Check in begins at Noon on Saturday, August 25th. Because of limited parking, we suggest dropping supplies off early and returning later for the event.
  • All Payments must be received by August 22nd in order to be confirmed. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card to Central Michigan University and can be mailed or dropped off to:
